Fall

Rushing between Campbeltown Town Hall opening and the first sailing of the now permanent seasonal ferry I tripped and fell full length.
A great experience to find out what a fall must be like for the elderly and a timely reminder that it really would be a good idea to lose some weight.
Possibly two bust ribs, they're certainly pretty sore even 48 hours later and a bone in hand, luckily left hand although use both similarly!
Been a busy weekend - U14s football, swimming gala, SWRI show and a second town hall visit on Saturday. Followed by Glenbarr Abbey and the gun unveiling yesterday, gave plenty of physiotherapy.
